0Bubble Witch 2 Review
Bubble Witch 2 Saga is here, with a whole new outlook on the old King Games franchise. If you like Candy Crush Saga, you’ll get a kick out of this madcap bubble-blasting game! Naturally, the Internet has plenty of Bubble Witch 2 Saga cheats and tips for you to use if you get stuck on any level, but how can you tell if this game is really for you? Read our review below and find out.
As others have noted in the past, the original Bubble Witch is a rather odd game to say the least. It’s a bubble-matching game in the grand tradition of Bubble Shooter and countless others. The original never really added anything to the old formula; that is to say, it didn’t add anything good. What it did bring to the table was a creepy set of visuals that alienated players with a trio of spooky witches, constantly stirring their cauldron and occasionally staring out of the screen.
Bubble Witch 2 is a total 180 from those days, and we couldn’t be more pleased about that. Instead of popping bubbles for ingredients on behalf of a gruesome threesome, you’ll help the good and spunky young witch Stella fight against the evil witch Morgana. With the help of a couple of magic cats, you have to fight through hundreds of levels of bubble-popping mayhem in King Games’ first official sequel.
Again, Bubble Witch 2 Saga is not a particularly original game. Its main claim to fame is that it combines several different types of bubble shooter games into one, switching back and forth between objectives. Some levels are more akin to Bubble Spinner, with a rotating wheel of bubbles that traps a ghost in the middle. And of course, there are plenty of interesting blocking and boosting bubbles that do not appear in other games. If that sounds like the sort of game you can get behind, we recommend you download Bubble Witch 2 Saga for iOS or Android now.
